Liansheng Miao Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Liansheng Miao is the founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer at Yingli Green Energy. Mr. Miao is also the founder and Chairman of Yingli Group, a privately held company. Mr. Miao also serves as the Executive Director on the Photovoltaic Committee of the China Renewable Energies Association, the Vice Chairman of the China Rural Area Electricity Supply Association, the Vice Chairman of the China Cells Industry Association, the Director of the Hebei New and High Technology Industry Association, and the Director of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Miao holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Beijing Economics Institute and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Peking University in China.
Jingfeng Xiong Executive Director and Vice President
Mr. Xiong Jingfeng holds the position of Vice President and Chief Climate Officer in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd., since joining Yingli in 2000, he has successively served as Workshop Director, Manager of Quality Control Department, Manager of Technical Department, Manager of System Installation Department and Chief Engineer. During the period of 11 years in Yingli, through starting and leading a series of R&D projects, he has promoted the vertical integrated production line of the company to make significant progress in increasing the rate of finished products and conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells and reducing the cost of production. Mr. Xiong has studied at Hebei University and obtained the Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering.
Tonghu Guo Deputy General Manager
Mr. Tonghu Guo holds the position of Deputy General Manager in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd., since joining Yingli in 2006, he has successively served as manager of production and manufacturing department, director of production and operation and chief dispatch officer of Photovoltaic Manufacturing Group. Mr. Wang has studied the major of Economic Management at Correspondence College of Renmin University.
Huiyu Zou Deputy General Manager
Ms. Huiyu Zou holds the position of Deputy General Manager in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd., since joining Yingli in 2005, she has successively served as Financial Manager and Chief Accountant of Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd.. Ms. Zou has studied the major of Business Administration at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and obtained the accountant title.
Zhonghe Wang Deputy General Manager
Mr. Zhonghe Wang holds the position of Deputy General Manager in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd., since joining Yingli in 2000, he has successively served as Director of Ingot Workshop, Manager of Ingot Manufacturing Department and General Manager of Yingli Third Company. During the period of 18 years in Yingli, he is devoted to the research and improvement of polycrystalline ingot furnace and monocrystalline furnace equipment and process, has dealt with the key difficulties in the production of N-Type high efficiency solar cells and achieved the whole line production of monocrystalline “PANDA” cell, in addition to make a substantial contribution to increasing the passing rate of the finished products of monocrystalline rod and reducing the cost of production. Mr. Wang has studied the applied physics major at Heibei University and obtained the engineer title.
Zhiyan Hu Chief Business Officer
Ms. Zhiyan Hu holds the position of Deputy General Manager and Chief Business Officer in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd., since joining Yingli in 2006, she has successively served as Chief Equipment Engineer, R&D Engineer, Manager of R&D Department, General Manager of Technology Center, Technical Director and Deputy General Manager, and has run the three major business areas of technical innovation, quality control and equipment purchase and management. During the period of 10 years in Yingli, She leads the company's core R&D team to accomplish the research and industrialization of the vertical integrated core and key technologies of the company and a number of scientific research and innovation projects, promotes the company to make a great breakthrough in improving product quality, reducing product cost and enhancing the core competitiveness of the company, wins many provincial and municipal awards for scientific and technological achievements and plays an active role in improving the company's technological influence at home and abroad. Ms. Hu has studied the major of Microelectronics at Beihang University and obtained the Master's Degree of Engineer.
Dr. Dengyuan Song Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Song Dengyuan holds the position of Deputy General Manager and Chief Technology Officer in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd.. He has carried out the R&D works of solar cells, silicon materials and semiconductor photovoltaic devices in Australia and China for 27 years, in which there are nearly 10 years for carrying out the R&D works of silicon-based solar cells, polycrystalline silicon thin film solar cells and third generation solar cells in ARC Photoelectric R&D Center, University of New South Wales, Australia. Before entering University of New South Wales, Dr. Song has served as a professor in Hebei University and his teaching and research fields involve solar cells, silicon materials, photoelectric devices and automation engineering. He has published more than 150 academic papers in various scientific and technological journals. Dr. Song has successively studied at Hebei University and University of New South Wales, and respectively obtained the Bachelor's Degree in Microelectronics and the Doctor's Degree in Photovoltaic Engineering.
Bo Yu Deputy General Manager
Mr. Yu Bo holds the position of Deputy General Manager in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd., the Head of Wind and Snow Load Working Group of TG7 of PVQAT, and Member of Promotion Group of Photovoltaic Power Generation and Industrialization and Working Group of Systems and Components; Project Evaluation Expert for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Project Evaluation Expert for Foreign Aid of the Ministry of Commerce, First Batch of Technical Experts of “Photovoltaic Module Branch” of Technical Experts Committee of China Photovoltaic Leader Innovation Forum, Project Evaluation Expert for Science and Technology Awards of Hebei Province, Level Two Talent in the Three Three Three Talents Project of Hebei Province; Excellent Expert in Municipal Administration. In the aspects of design and research of photovoltaic module technology, photovoltaic material technology and photovoltaic system, particularly in the field of photovoltaic module technology, he has 15 years of R&D experience. During his tenure, he has presided over 9 national and provincial science and technology planning projects, received 23 authorized patents from applied patents, obtained 3 scientific and technological achievements of Hebei Province, won 2 prizes of Hebei Province for science and technology progresses and 3 science and technology awards of Baoding City, participated in the formulation of 11 standards and technical specifications, and published 13 academic papers. Mr. Yu is studying for a doctorate at Hebei University.
Shuqian Zhang Deputy General Manager
Mr. Shuqian Zhang holds the position of Deputy General Manager in Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd., since joining Yingli in 2010, he has successively served as Manager of Enterprise Management Department and Investment and Development Department, and Manager of Investment and Finance Management Department. During the period of 8 years in Yingli, he is devoted to the analysis study and formulation of company strategic planning and management policy, and take responsibility of feasibility study and risk control of the enterprises and projects to be invested by the company; is devoted to expanding the company's financing channels and controlling financing cost, takes charge of the supervision, management and disposal of all the company's assets, ensure keeping and increasing the value of the company's assets and make a substantial contribution to the financing management of the company.
